In that case, you can submit a timely and valid claim by the deadline of June 5, 2024, to receive up to a $25.00 payout with no proof of purchase required or up to a $500.00 payout if you have receipts or documentation for proof of purchase. Below is a breakdown of payouts based on what consumers provide on the Walmart class action claim form:
• $10.00 - Without Proof of Purchase for Up to 50 Bagged Citrus or Weighted Goods purchased
• $15.00 - Without Proof of Purchase for 51 to 75 Bagged Citrus or Weighted Goods purchased
